On October 28, the monthly HR Club meeting took place at Geological museum and referred to the HR specialist “psychogram”- psychological profile required for a given specialization. During the first part of the meeting the club members were introduced to the essence and the structure of the “psychogram” and discussed the possible areas of its application. The participants developed the psychological description of recruitment specialist in groups. Based on the results observed in each work group, the final psychological profile of the particular specialization was driven out. The results met the expectations of the participants, and a traditional guided tour concluded the working day.
