A one day teambuilding program was implemented by Cascade Consultants for the Emergency Team of World Vision International in Yerevan, May 5, 2011. The participants were involved in a creative process of designing theater sketches on problematic topics and then working on the material using the Interactive Theater method. An extensive process of debrief was realized at the end of the interactive part to identify the possible outcomes and summarize the experience.
