On December 25, 2010, Cascade Consultants organized a one-day facilitation program for the staff of young IT specialists of Sourcio. Attracted by the challenge to unveil Santa’s lost route and mysteries, the team managed to promote their resourcefulness as well as creativity to achieve the set goals. The team members took part in an “adventure race”, did a number of exercises, and came up with motivating and humoristic wishes to each other for the next year of 2011.
