Human Resources Management Short-term Training Course
For all those, who want to obtain basic and practical knowledge in
Human Resources Management.
You can organize your work in any industry with better efficiency and proficiency, if you know and can apply the fundamentals of the Human Resources (HR) Management. This course intends to transfer the HR basic knowledge and to introduce the best applicable HR methods and tools to the participants.
The team of trainers includes the HR managers of Armenia based dynamic companies, who possess both practical and trainer experience in the HR management. Those professionals have teamed up around the concept of promoting the development of the HR industry in Armenia and each of them is willing to share the knowledge with you.
The course will cover the following topics:

2. Organizational Structure
3. Organizational Behavior
4. Recruitment
5. Employee Motivation
6. Performance Management
7. Personnel Training and Development
8. Conflict Management
9. Dismissals
10. RA Labor Code
11. HR Administration
In addition to the regular training course, the participants will be offered an opportunity to use the obtained knowledge in practice, in special projects to be developed and accomplished jointly with the trainers. The projects will be implemented in the companies represented by the team of trainers and the clients of Cascade Consultants.
The duration of the training course is 2 months, from March 12 to May 15, 2011, on Fridays and Saturdays, 15:00-18:00. The training will be conducted in an interactive manner.
The price of the training is AMD 55,000, which includes the practical implementation of the project.
